1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SMH Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Digital Products & Licenses

All scripts sold on SMH Store are digital products. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the script on your FiveM server via the Cfx.re Keymaster system. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the scripts.
  • Attempt to leak, crack, or bypass the escrow protection.
  • Claim ownership of the original source code.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where the product is proven to be non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Support Services

We provide support exclusively through our official Discord server. While we strive to assist all customers, we reserve the right to refuse support for issues caused by third-party modifications, improper installation, or framework changes not supported by the product.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
